The Boats

These are Nova Craft Prospector open canoes. Canadian Canoes are paddled with a single sided paddle. These boats are more likely to rock and sometimes capsize if everyone leans to one side. These are the best suited for taking bigger dogs.

Types of canoes:

• 2 seater - 16ft
• 3 seater (3 adults or 2 adults/2 small children) - 16ft
• 4 seater (3 adults max plus another small child) - 17ft

Weight Capacity: 850lbs / 386kg

These are super stable sit-on-top kayaks, you are very unlikely to tip these boats over but you may get wet from paddling. When seated in the kayak your legs are straight out in front of you. Kayaks have double sided paddles.

• Single
• Large single
• Double (2 adults and 1 small child/dog)

Weight Capacity: 550lbs / 249kg

These are 10`6" stable boards. They take an adult or an adult and a small child. These can be paddled from a kneeling, seated or standing position. We have clip on seats for those not wishing to stand. Under 7s might be able to come on the board with an adult depnding on weight.

Weight Capacity: 308lbs / 140kg

Youth Stand Up Paddleboards

These are 8`stable boards. They take a child aged between 9 and 14 years old. These can be paddled from a kneeling, seated or standing position.

Weight Capacity: 132lbs / 60kg

Tandem Stand Up Paddleboards

These are 14` stable boards. They take 2 people and a small child. These can be paddled from a kneeling, seated or standing position.
